Mandatory quarantine for
travellers coming from certain high-risk areas
Any person who has stayed in a country or zone with a high risk of coronavirus infection must comply with the following procedure:
The Federal Council has decided that from 6 July 2020, quarantine
obligations will apply to persons entering Switzerland from a state or
territory with a high risk of infection listed in Ordinance COVID-19 Measures in the field of
international passenger transport.

If you have one or more of the common
symptoms now or in the next few days, you may have contracted the new
coronavirus. If this is the case, go to www.coronacheck.ch
for a self-assessment. Depending on the coronacheck result, go into
isolation and get tested.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic there are special rules for people entering Switzerland. Depending on the type of travel, you might have to fill out an entry form, show proof of a negative test and/or go into quarantine.
